Tuition Reimbursement
Our Educational Assistance Program offers tuition reimbursement to permanent, full-time,
non-disciplinary status team members, subject to funds availability. Considered for
reimbursement are post-secondary courses that relate directly to training for current

The Houston Airport System is working with Airports Council Int’l - North America and Edge4Vets to accelerate veterans into our workforce. The Edge4Vets program is designed to help you PREPARE and CONNECT for a job that can lead to an outstanding career in aviation.
Houston Airports has been a proud supporter of the City of Houston's Hire Houston Youth program since its inception in 2016. By investing in the workforce of the future through its summer Management Intern Program, Houston Airports introduces college students ages 18-24 to the exciting world of aviation and air travel while giving them the opportunity to be part of hands-on projects that develop the job skills they need.
Internships last for 8 weeks in the summer, earning a competitive hourly salary for 32-40 hours a week. Hourly compensation is based on the student's field of study and level of education. Selected interns receive orientation and Job Readiness Training.
